How Pricing Works
Nebula Automate does not sell pre-packaged software plans or self-serve subscriptions.
Each engagement involves a custom-built automation system designed around the client’s lead sources, workflows, and operational needs.
Pricing is provided after an initial walkthrough and requirements review. Scope and fees are outlined in advance, and no payment is requested until both parties agree in writing.
Typical Fees
- Onboarding & Setup Fee
A one-time, non-refundable fee covering discovery, system design, configuration, integrations, testing, and initial deployment. This fee is charged once and does not recur. - Ongoing Service Fee (Optional)
A recurring fee covering system hosting, monitoring, maintenance, updates, and support. This fee applies only if ongoing service is explicitly agreed to in writing.
Final pricing depends on factors such as automation complexity, number of integrations, message volume, and support requirements.
Billing Method
All billing is handled through manual invoicing. Payments are requested only after scope and pricing are confirmed.
Nebula Automate does not use automatic credit card charges, background billing, or system-triggered renewals.
Subscriptions, Renewals, and Trials
Nebula Automate does not offer free trials.
There are no automatic subscriptions. Ongoing services exist only when a client explicitly agrees to them in writing.
There are no automatic renewals. Clients are notified in advance before any new billing period, and no charges occur without approval.
If continued service is not approved, billing does not proceed.
Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing written notice.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund work that has already been completed or invoiced.
Onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable due to the upfront labor and customization involved.
Transparency
All pricing, billing schedules, service duration, and expectations are communicated before any payment is requested.
If a charge or service is not listed on an invoice or explicitly agreed to in writing, it is not billed.
