Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page explains how cancellations and refunds work at Nebula Automate. There are no hidden terms.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all clients who purchase services from Nebula Automate.

By engaging Nebula Automate and approving an invoice or written agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

Onboarding & Setup Fees

Onboarding and setup fees are one-time charges that cover system design, AI configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment.

Because this work begins immediately after payment and is highly customized, onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable.

Ongoing Services

Ongoing services, if agreed to, are billed on a recurring, invoice-based basis.

Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing written notice.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund work already delivered or invoiced.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed work, partially completed work, or active service periods.

If Nebula Automate is unable to deliver agreed-upon services due to internal limitations, a partial or full refund may be issued at Nebula Automate’s discretion.

No Free Trials

Nebula Automate does not offer free trials or test periods.

All work begins only after pricing, scope, and billing terms are clearly agreed to in writing.
